I can print reports, but all invoices refuse to print. I can't print PDFs or paper versions of invoices. When I print to PDF, the only thing that prints is the address block for my business.
- Here is what I have tried already.
- I reset the Quicken printer settings (under Validate and Repair).
- I removed the logo from my invoice.
- I made sure the correct invoice form is selected. (It won't print using the default or the form I created.)
- I believe I have the most recent update (Release R 6 (188.8.131.52).
This is a serious issue! I can't bill my clients.
