With the problems Quicken is having with 2014 how can they stop phone support for 2013.

We purchased a new computer and downloaded Quicken (which I've used for years) but we can't download transactions (error code 0l-297-a). I've tried the chat route but they just refer to the help menu for their answers. This getting is getting quite frustrating with no help from Quicken.

What is the exact release number for your Quicken 2013? If clicking on Help / About Quicken does not show "2013 ... Release R12", you are missing bug fixes. For update instructions see: http://quicken.intuit.com/support/help/GEN85043
