How do I set up connection with Columbia Bank 5264?

Columbia Bank 5264 (Bainbridge Island, WA) requires three elements to login to one's account rather than two, An Organization ID, a User ID, and Password. So I can't get Quicken to connect to my personal and business accounts at Columbia Bank.
    Columbia Bank 5264 is Web Connect or Express Web Connect only, so there should not be an issue with setting up this unique login process.  If using Add Account > Advanced Setup > Express Web Connect is not providing you the 3 part login information, then download a QFX file from the financial institutions website and import that into Quicken - you can choose to Improve Connection during that process.
