How to upload data from Excel into Quicken

I'm looking for a reference that tells the file format requirements to convert data in Excel into a Quicken readable file.  The file will have payee name, address amount and memo.  This would greatly decrease the level of work to input this into Quicken to print checks.Does anyone have a reference for the file format? Thanks.Marla
