Quicken Deluxe 2013 won't update financial transactions

I just downloaded Quicken Deluxe 2013 because I couldn't update my transactions from my financial institution using Quicken 2010; and I still can't update! The error message I get now is that Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection. It's not my bank because I can log onto my account from the internet just fine. Am I missing an update? Please help!

    What error message are you getting?  Which financial institution?

  • The release is R 11 (22.1.11.31)
    The error message is: "Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection" [CC-899]
    The financial institution is: Mayo Employees FCU
  • I have R12 and have the same with two financial brokerage firms.  Worked fine with Q2010.
