quicken mobile does not work on ipad

I have installed quicken mobile on ipad, I can enter my id and password and the app opens, it appears to be downloading data and synching, after about 25 seconds it displays error message, data error after the last refresh a data error was detected.  please log back in after you are logged out.  it does this each time i open the app.

Try this:
1. Go to the desktop file in Quicken 2013 and Unlink the file - Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Alerts > Unlink File.
2. When it's complete click the Get Started button in the Preferences window and choose Use Existing Quicken Cloud ID.
3. Enter the same Quicken Cloud ID you've been using and re-sync the data.
4. When that's complete, launch the app on your tablet and log-out/log-in.
5. When that refresh is complete, Sign Out and close the app. Wait a few minutes, then launch the app again to see if you still get the Data Error message.

If the error continues to occur after this procedure, please contact Quicken Support https://quicken.custhelp.com/app/contact/plvl1/win so they can collect the OFX, Sync and Connlog files necessary for us to determine what is causing this error for you.
