how do I delete the mobile icloud profile

I need to do this as I can no longer edit the profile. every time I click on it a screen comes up twice saying "saving"
Now the sync fails on a server-side error why sync.

this happened after  the  v13 r9 update was done last night.   
    Try delete the Quicken Cloud Account in Mobile & Alert tab -> edit profile.
    If this fail, try using menu Edit -> Preferences -> Mobile & Alerts -> click view your profile and choose delete.
      I did that thanks,  but the same error message appears when I try to create a new cloud id, so i guess this is a bigger issue to be fixed.
