Can not download transactions from Pentagon Federal Credit Union

Over the weekend I was able to automatically download  transactions from all of my Pentagon Federal Credit Union accounts,  it now pops up as an error…I did notice that PFCU changed their website..but my user ID and PW did not changed and works when I go directly to the site.
    PFCU shows up as Quicken Connect-this mean the bank logs in as you at off hours and harvests your data. My bank does system maintenance on some Saturday nights, and my accounts will throw errors until the QC system does its next data harvest 24 hours later. (I.e., it was down when it did the data collection on Saturday night/Sunday morning)

    But, it should have corrected by now. And the fact you mentioned PFCU changed their website-this may have "broken" the scripts that log in as you. I would give it 24 hours if you can and try again. If it doesn't work, contact support.
    • I'm having the same problem with Pentagon Federal, unable to download transactions with Quicken Connect. Both Penfed and Quicken are aware of the problem and I opened trouble tickets with both.
    • Just received an email from Quicken Customer Care that says: "We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. The resolution has been implemented and this bank account should be ready for your use. "

      Still can't download from Penfed so the issue is not resolved. Same error as before.
