BOA and Citi require $10K, Chase requres $75K, Sun Trust, US Bank and Wachovia Require $2.5K min.

So I am not sure why you are even mentioning this feature. The banks are charging this bogus fee because they see an opportunity to make more money. Wachovia started charging us the fee. Because we do not receive paper statements, we never even received a notice of the fee structure. Therefore we quickly closed our Wachovia account and moved it to a community bank.
